• Drafting of Constitutional Amendments: We advise states, municipalities the federal government, federal and local legislators, corporations, and individuals in the preparation, processing and analysis of any type of local and/or federal constitutional amendments.

 

• Analysis on the Constitutionality of Legislation or Administrative Rules: BBA provides preventive consulting services for anyone interested in the possible contingencies that might arise from any legislation or administrative rule that could be held unconstitutional by the courts, as well as the potential consequences that these judgments could produce on our clientsﾕ activities.
